It's pretty good . Definitely had better sandwiches. Firehouse Subs has a better chicken sandwich just saying lol .

I love Firehouse Subs. So does everyone in my family. The food is great!!
The restaurant I must say is always very clean and nice and tidy.
There's rarely ever a long wait to order your food. And while you are waiting for your order they have TVs for you to watch.
Also the staff at this location are cheerful, energetic, are always very nice and well spoken too.
Now because it's in the corner of a little shopping plaza area, parking can be an issue. But even with that, I always find a spot even if I have to circle once or twice.

The night supervisor was very rude and disrespectful, I order 3 subs one with no onions when I ask the supervisor which sandwich has no onions, her response was its on the receipt then she dismissed me as if it didn't matter. When I got home all 3 sandwiches had onions. My son has bad reaction to onions this is why I needed to know. I called to speak to a manger AND I was told they will call me back. WE WILL 👀 12/30/20

Ordered online. Picked up my food and everything I asked to have removed was on it, and nothing I asked for to be added was added, even the paid items were missing.

Umm no. They missed my bacon on my sandwich and when I went to have it corrected, they tried to put old bacon on my new sandwich. I watch my food being made... Not to mention a dirty eating area. Fire Alex now. She is the "manager" that was willing to give a complaining customer old bacon 😳🥴. I worked at Firehouse in oklahoma and we never did this. I won't go back.

Review on service, not the food. I understand rush hour and how things can take longer then normal. However I ordered online, with the company not one of those 3rd party apps, about 15 min before I got there and still waited 30 min next to their pick up station as my email instructed. Went to go ask how much longer and it was next to the register for who knows how long. No courtesy message. No one shouted my name when it was done like the other orders. I had even talked to one of the workers about 5-10 min in, gave my name and said they were working on it. But nope still no indication that it was ready, done, or even almost done.
