They very good at taking care of their customers when they take longer than expect. 1st time I came I got my meal paid for, second time I got a free meal coupon. Great service never got my order wrong!

We totally enjoy the food. Haven' t eaten inside the restaurant because of covid 19. It is our place to go for a lunch and have been there several times, usually the Lees Summit location. My wife is not a hamburger eater except thiers. I love the #2, comes with pickles, onions and mustard, good combination and wonderful flavor. Have had the patty melt and it is on a rye bread and enjoyed it. Usually the only problem i have is deciding what i want, which i consider a good thing. My wife normally gets some kind of chicken " repeatedly". Something else - we have had the same fellow at the pay / pickup window ( Lees Summit) several times - what a very pleasant person. Wish i had his name for this review.
