My boyfriend and I are long time lovers of Schlotzkys and will eat here no matter the service!! This location just opened and has new staff and is getting used to things, I get it. We waited for maybe 10 mins in the drive thru and we had no problem whatsoever waiting! The owner was sooooo nice and thought we had been waiting too long and made it up to us. Totally not necessary!! We are happy to wait for the amazing Schlotzkys! So glad they got a place in Lee's Summit again! We will be back over and over again. The staff, manager and owner were VERY nice!! Thank you again, you all did not have to do that!

Absolutley love this place. They had a location in liberty that closed, when i found out there was one in lees summit i didnt care about the drive with how good it is.

Grand Opening of the new store in Lee's Summit. The place was packed and the staff working really hard. Our order was perfect in every way. Love their original sandwich. The store has a place for plugging in your electronics and charging them while you sit and eat and work. So glad to have a Schlotzsky's near home. A++
