This Dunkin in Lewiston was amazing. My order was wrong, they remade it, but I thought it was still looked wrong. The employee had someone else step in, and it was me who was wrong. I apologized profusely, and, even though they were incredibly busy, he handled it gracefully and professionally. Lately, my orders have been wrong at a lot of Dunkins, and the employees have been less than courteous. I think this is why I just defaulted to "it's wrong". But the Dunkin on Sabattus St is not like most Dunkins I have been to recently. Kudos guys and thank you.
6-20-22. This Dunkin was open for breakfast at 6 AM. The staff was friendly and polite, and I received my toasted everything bagel in a relatively short amount of time. The bagel was perfect!
My hot coffee tasted kinda burnt/like it had been sitting there for a while but the staff were really nice!
