Reviews of Dunkin'

My boyfriend I went through the drive through and placed two separate orders. We we’re going to pay separately because I had a free drink reward. When we got to the window and said we had two orders my boyfriend gave his car for his order and payed. The worker then charged him for both orders then didn’t want to give us a refund. After arguing they got the manager to refund my boyfriend then I payed with my drink reward. Also when we drove away and looked at our food it was made wrong.

This Dunkin in Lewiston was amazing. My order was wrong, they remade it, but I thought it was still looked wrong. The employee had someone else step in, and it was me who was wrong. I apologized profusely, and, even though they were incredibly busy, he handled it gracefully and professionally. Lately, my orders have been wrong at a lot of Dunkins, and the employees have been less than courteous. I think this is why I just defaulted to "it's wrong". But the Dunkin on Sabattus St is not like most Dunkins I have been to recently. Kudos guys and thank you.

Just waited AT THE WINDOW for 10 minutes for my food to be messed up. I ordered 2 veggie cream cheese plain bagels, almost none on the bagels. My wrap is burnt and my two drinks that came back that were supposed to be coconut, even states coconut on the cup, didn't have any. Why did I wait 10 minutes if my stuff was not going to be made properly?

I am a fan of dunkin.However at 10:04 this morning Drive through #3389 I got possibly the worse Dunkin ever from Dunkin.Taste Burnt.I know they would replace it had I tasted on the spot.I was almost to sabattus lake when I took first sip. Should be able to smell that as you were pouring.I get that it happens.Hope it isn't the norm.

Seems the service depends on the mood that day. This one is really close to my house, so I love to go for convenience, but it’s just not worth it. The associates at all other locations are much nicer. Once in a while we get sandwiches that aren’t made with much care ~ not a huge deal, really. This one takes the cake, though. Half an egg on each? Oh look, my husband just informed me his he took to work has half an egg and half a sausage, well, maybe 2/3 of the sausage. Is this how they’re being made now? I’ve started going again, and today the sandwiches were amazing! I guess it just depends…. That’s frustrating, though.
