The Romanian Pastrami is so good, I started scheduling my Lexington dentist appointments for Thursday mornings before lunch, to swing by Neillio's on the way out. It's thick cut like brisket, and a little sweet like maple ham. All the food is fresh, and lots of choices. Had a great catering experience as well a few years ago.

TURKEY STEW was amazing!! Delicious chef salad for lunch too! Sent my sister a catered meal after her surgery! LOVE this place!
