This location has the most amazing bartenders and service. Morgan and Shelby were highly attentive, courtesy, and very professional. The drinks were great, and they made me feel at home. Also, Rick was in tune with our needs. He checked on us regularly and bussed the bar as needed. Super great crew.
Couldn't find the No. Little Rock location on here but it is generally better in service and quality than Little Rock. I like the food except for the Salsa. It burned my mouth, too too spicy and not chunky enough. My only other complaint is there is not a fruity soft drink. I settled for lemonade and it was awful. Tasted like that powdered junk.
It's all about the happy hour... I am honestly not a huge fan of the food at OTB, but I love their happy hour. Mon-Fri 4-7 they have 1/2 off apps, 5.00 margaritas and 3.00 large drafts. The queso is a great deal at half off. I also have a thing for the fish tacos.

I like it!. I have never had to wait long for a table. There chips and salsa are great! The grilled mahi mahi tacos are excellent! And the Big Borduritto is HUGE!!!
It's a chain, but I do love it.... Ok, I try to really focus on supporting out local LR based restaurants, but I do admit OTB is one of my favs. I love everything from the cheese dip to the chips to the enchiladas. OTB is not my husband's favorite, but I drag him there as much as I can. He doesn't think it is very authentic tasting, and that it is too prepared. All I have to say is...TURTLE EMPANADAS!!! I can eat the whole dessert by myself (and might have done so a time or two, but the world will never know...).
