I went in to try their Philly Cheese Steak, but they only serve it on Saturdays, so I tried their Supa Chik'n Sandwich and OMG!!! šš¤¤ It was SOOOOOOOO good!!! So good that I went back a few days later and got another one. Now I HAVE to go back to try their Philly Cheese Steak!!! You cannot tell their food is vegan, it's 1,000x's better than anything I've ever tried. And a plus is the lady behind the counter is super sweet!!! ā¤ļø My go to everytime I'm in Little Rock!!! Give them a try, I promise you won't regret it!!!
I finally received an opportunity to sample their delicious entrees but was disheartened that theyāre in a location that charges for parking. The accessibility to other restaurants with a few vegan options was nice though and could probably accommodate nearly all vegan tastes. Their breakfast tacos were wonderful and filling. Their interesting curly fries werenāt the greatest because they get cold very quickly but their chickān fried chickān sandwich was absolutely phenomenal! I canāt wait to try some of their other options the next time Iām in the area. Also the staff does a great job at accommodating their customers.
Absolutely the most amazing team of people!
So, so nice and helpful - we are passing through on one of our business trips so we donāt know much about the restaurant or the area. But they were extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating.
All of our food was delicious, far better than anything else that you can eat in this area! Probably all of Arkansas from what weāve seen and eaten š³ā¤ļø
My only critique is that the grilled cheese may not have been on Texas Toast, but rather normal bread. Or I donāt really know what Texas Toast is haha, that could totally be the case. I just thought it was supposed to be super big, thick bread.
Everything was PHENOMENAL! Thank you so much for your excellent service, attitude, and food šš»
Pretty dang good. I had the three tacos plate with some kind of amazing spicy sauce and my fiance had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. The Buffalo sauce was ridiculously good. If all plant-based/vegan food tasted this good more people would easily cross over. And have the spiral fries...they are actually spiral and you have to slow down to eat them. Really really good stuff.
I had the vegan chicken fried steak burger with fries. Absolutely delicious and a great value at 10 bucks. Plenty of food here non-vegans will like.
I've been vegan for about 17 years and Blue Sage Vegan Bistro made the best chick'n sandwich I have ever had. Outstanding. -Massive, generous sandwich, excellent batter, glorious sauces that included a sweet mustard one and, I believe, some kind of mayo sauce. Gorgeous aioli dressing on a fresh side salad with arugula. I came back the next day and had a lovely Beyond Burger that was seasoned in a slightly spicy Mexican direction, again complemented by a fresh side salad. The pricing is what I would expect from a proper restaurant, but the food matches the price, so don't let the casual dining environment and plastic forks fool you! This place is top notch for indulgent sandwiches.
My partner and I aren't even vegan, but this is still one of the tastiest places we've tried in a while! The owner is so much fun, and they stay open for takeout way later than the rest of the river market. If you think of "vegan" as "diet food" you are missing out on a whole experience. Absolutely delightful!
The food here is calorie rich and decadent and worth every bite. This is a gem of a vegan spot, with probably some of the best food in the state. The fries were a little on the salty side, but otherwise still good. Prices are reasonable for the quantity. Be aware though that they make it fresh, and are usually busy, so this is not a good option for a quick lunch spot unless you call ahead. Street parking is also mostly a nightmare as this is on the main street full of businesses. But do it anyway and get yourself an amazing sandwich!
