Just a warning!! Today when taking a bite of my sandwich I was greeted with a hair 🤮 I also promptly got food poisoning. I will no longer be eating here.

Every time i come to Little Rock for work I get a jimmy Johns sandwich. The food is great but I keep coming back for the fabulous service. Kyle always remembers me (I don't know how). He even remembers I'm a rewards member. It's the things like that when you are from out of town and working that make a huge difference. He is always smiling. Great service, good food, no better combo!

Service lately hasn't been that great. The food is still good though at least. One time a few weeks ago, I had to wait almost 15 minutes in the drive-thru before my sandwiches were ready.

Andre (I think that was his name) was Awesome! We drove around looking for somewhere quick to eat and my husband chose Jimmy Johns this being my first time here Andre’s expertise recommendations and manners were fantastic and the restaurant was spotless as well. We will be back !

Great service. Staff were engaging and eager to assist with order. We ordered three sandwiched (2# 18 and #4. The bread is the best. I like the sandwich because they are made to order, fresh! Yes I plan to return!

Tried ordering delivery on Saturday. Ordered at 12:17, by 12:45 we still hadn't received our order. Tried calling was put on hold over 2 minutes. Hung up and called back, took 3 times calling back for someone to answer. When they did answer they refused to talk to me then and put me back on hold. After another 2 minutes they wanted to take my order. When I said I was waiting for my delivery he said what's the name. Before i was finished giving my name, he said my driver couldn't find the address. Claims they tried calling the number and then went back to the restaurant. We were in and out of the house loading a truck to move and nobody attempted to look for the house. No missed call either. The guy was very rude. For a restaurant to be known for "freaky fast service" sure sucks at this location. Not our first encounter with slow service at this one.

Way better than subway! Friendly service, every time I order on the app, it’s ready to go when I get there. I love the option to scoop out bread for less calories. I feel the ingredients are also much fresher tasting than the competition. I love the beach club, big John, and Vito!

I hate this location. They get a very simple sandwich wrong way too often. They basically don't listen. I ordered delivery once and it took an hour. Even at the drive thru, you'd think they were baking the bread fresh, it takes so long to make a sandwich.
