Jules was the best bartender I’ve ever have had in a while, her personality and customer service is above and beyond. She was very attentive giving us the best service ever. She kept checking on me and my buddies making sure I’ll definitely go back to miller’s and ask for here. She made us feel welcomed and wanting to keep coming back!
I've been to Miller's Ale house a few times and always received excellent service from the bartender, host, servers, and managers. What stands out the most was my experience with the bartender Mitch! She was so welcoming and helpful with picking out the right drink for me. I had Michael the manager greet me and check to make sure I was enjoying it here. I will be back again! I got the espresso Martini, which is so delicious.
The queso from the nachos were a tad salty. Other than that, Julianna & Joseph were attentive. Their service was up to par. Don’t have a negative thing to say about their work ethic. Will definitely come back to see them. They knew exactly how to light up the room. They knew how to keep the drinks coming and took care of their regulars. Because of them two, they’ll see us more often ❤️❤️❤️
This was me and my spouses first time ever coming here and the food was great! Our server, Brianna, was even better! She made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Everything we asked about the menu she answered and was very patient with us and so nice! The restaurant itself was so pretty and the lighting was just right. Thanks for having us! 10/10 definitely coming back again!
This place is the best! For the 3rd year in a row we have hosted a large group at the Lombard location. The food is excellent and the management & wait staff always go above and beyond. Mariah, Meghan, and Hannah deserve some extra recognition - they served a group of over 100 people with a smile and made sure everyone was taken care of and were all working extremely hard. Matt also made everything super easy to coordinate and made sure our group had everything we needed - from turning the music down to any special request we had. We will definitely be returning!
I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff are. I have been going to Miller's for about 2 years with a group of folks to watch football games and everything is great. Food is great, drinks are good, all prices very reasonable and the staff very accommodating.
10/10 - patio they have on the back is awesome!
Have not been to Millers in over a year. I must say the food and the Zingers are consistently good and they still have specials on most days. However, as busy as they were for "family feud" night, our server Leah made our night with her friendly and attentive service even though her section was packed. That goes for all the servers in that section as well.
Me and my friends love coming here. Julie and Joe always take care of us, always remember our orders from heart, but also everyone else at the bar as well. Ask for them or Christina and you will enjoy your evening. They’re the main reason we come in. Check them out and you’ll see for yourself what I’m talking about.
Went here for my birthday. We had a hard time ordering because there was so much that looked really good. We'll definitely be back. I had the Osso Buco pork, it was cooked to perfection, everyone else's meals were good. The calamari appetizer was delicious. The only problem we had, the shrimp, both on the kids meal and the surf and turf were a little over crunchy and were lacking a little seasoning. Nothing a little cocktail sauce wouldn't fix but it shouldn't need it. The desserts were good as well. We'll definitely be back, it's a great place to watch football so we'll be back for the playoffs for sure.
Love coming here! Mariah is awesome and remembers us every time we come in. Her & our server Brianna were so helpful & friendly (as always). Amazing service. Amazing food. Thankful for these 2 ladies for always making our experience a great one. 🙂🍻
