Really good food! I highly recommend you guys checking it out !!! LOVE THEIR FOOD. Definitely try their garlic chili chicken, and falooda (for those of you who don’t know what falooda is it’s a Pakistani dessert and if you like ice cream you’ll love this dessert)
Looking for #halal #desi restaurants, I saw #Shahi close to my hotel. It has been nearly a decade that I visited them. It has good decor and ambiance with very friendly staff. I wanted to dine but got too late for it. Had to go for takeout. The meat quality was great. The only thing I had to drain a bit was oil/ghee/roghan. I like “roghan” but it was a bit too much for what works for me. #BihariKabab can be a bit more moist and soft. It is a nice place to dine.

We decided to eat here to celebrate a birthday. The service was phenomenal with someone always coming to our table to ask if we needed anything. Never have I ever been to a restaurant where the service was so quick. The staff was also very friendly, creating a nice atmosphere.
We ordered the Kung Pao Chicken, Black Pepper Mongolian Beef, Chicken Haaka noodles, Hot & Sour Chicken Soup and Chicken Lollipops for the appetizer. The food was amazing, especially the Haaka noodles. If you're a fan of indo/pak fusion Chinese, I would highly recommend this place.
Shahi Nihari has always been a pleasant experience. It is the best combination of exceptional food quality and outstanding customer service that that puts them among the top Pakistani restaurants in Chicagoland area.
I meet the owner Mr. Mahmood during our last visit who was very hospitable, professional, and made sure we have an excellent experience.
The staff is extremely well trained and our server, Fareed went above and beyond to ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages; suggested drinks and dessert items that were exquisite; and periodically checked in on us throughout our visit.
Needless to say this restaurant is my family’s favorite goto spot due to the ambience and great food quality, and the top choice when it comes to catering food for larger family gatherings!

I was glad to find a new halaal Indo-Chinese spot since Taste closed down. Ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and the Chicken Fried rice, both were delicious even after sitting in To-Go boxes for 30 mins on the drive home. Portion sizes were very generous, each enough for two meals. And they appeared to actually have Muslim staff which is nice to see. This will definitely be the new favorite spot when we're in the mood for Chinese.
