Plant Junkie Long Beach

It is not easy to stay healthy while you are traveling, especially for business. You have limited time to have breakfast, lunch and dinner, and you can’t get home-cooked meal at hotel. So, I went to look for a healthy food/drink, and I found this spot. Pretty nice space and setting for a place offering mainly juice and smoothies. Cute, cozy, and relaxing. I didn’t quite know which one to order, but with a help from a helpful staff, I was able to make a decision easily. I ordered Clean Green. It was super refreshing and citrus-y. I was tasty, filling, and satisfying. Since I liked their smoothies a lot, I went back for the second time. This time, I also got one of their shooters. I got a Gut Shot which was small but super powerful, lots of punch in that little shot. For the smoothie, I chose Butter Recovery. It had very nice flavor or banana and peanut butter, but not overwhelming. Very thick but somehow velvety and creamy. It was really good! The female staff that was here on the first visit was really sweet, she gave me great recommendations on the smoothie. She also gave me great recommendations on where to go eat around here. This was a great spot for when you need to get something healthy and tasty when you are busy on the road.

Do yourself a favor and check this place out!!! Love their chocoholic bowl omg!! F***** bomb!!! And did I mention they're vegan aka the best diet to feed your body?!? This a hidden gem in downtown lbc.
