I Love Papa Johns but honestly haven't,ordered in a long time due to the worst customer service ever. Rude employees on the phone , rude in the restaurant! Well, tonight I decided to try again and WOW!! The lady who took my order was amazingly sweet and polite. I get there to pick up my order to the best welcome ever. The guy behind the counter was super friendly and welcoming. I ordered 3 cheese sauces and he checked my order before we left and realized they were missing and grabbed them for me. When I get home I notice it says under new management. So happy with who ever took this over and turned things around. Im so excited to get to order my favorite pizza in the world!! Thanks a million to the staff and new manager. Other businesses could learn a ton from you guys !
