Pho Ba Luu Louisville

The shaken been rice bowl was one of the best things I've ever eaten. The meat was quality and sauce was decadent. The outdoor patio is amazing and they have a projector. Beautiful place.

Wow! So good the first time we had to immediately go back a second just to make sure it wasn't a fluke! The whole vibe is like- upscale casual Vietnam Fusion? The food is authentic Vietnamese style dishes with a very cool laid back loungy look and feel. Outside you're intrigued by the citified curb appeal. Walking in you're floored by the contrasting woodwork lacing the ceiling, as well as the beautifully simplistic contemporary decor complemented by two awesome garage doors in the front and rear of the restaurant. I honestly can't wait to hang out here once it warms up. #PatioTime! They have a beautiful FULL bar that sits off in the corner. One thing I thought was very cool is that the bar doesn't hog all the attention and isn't the main focal point like most places. When you take note of that point, you see the hidden message saying, "hey our food is the ish..." And it is! Lol! The food is definitely what you come for. From traditional pho dishes nice and hot for a cold winter night to they're delicious Vietnamese iced coffee that you can actually buy and take home to make yourself. All I know is that their curry chicken dish is so freaking delicious! It's better than mine and I use coconut milk just the same! Ha! Thought I was the only one�. After having great conversation with a couple important figures, I believe they have some very #dope things up their sleeve for 2017. I will definitely be back because I haven't had all of the pho bowls, and there's still those Bahn Mi Sandwiches to try! Oh... Ask the bartender for a glass of Malbec; Tasty! ��
