Constantly puts sauce on my pizza when it's specified no sauce. They have done this now to three of my orders.

This store has to be one of the best managed restaurants I've been to in awhile. It is clean, friendly staff, and good pizza. I'm quite pleased.

Tried to order a pizza for delivery and who ever answered phone was rude and the tone of voice sounded as if I was bothering them (her) so u hung up and ordered from another pizza shop with no issues

Please see the feedback we sent to corporate on the customer feedback site. This evening was not a positive experience. We are Louisville regulars, normally satisfied. The pizza and wings tonight were, sadly, the worst ever. Barely warm pizza, dry and crumbly 'hand tossed' crust that I would say was loaded and deliver LONG after making. Wings quite a disappointment as well. Very little redeeming quality to the food this everning. Driver was nice and timely, however.

Was charged 3 different time for the same order was told was gunna be refunded in 24 hours and if not to call the store. I called the store and now she tells me it’s gunna be 3 days. Do Not Use A Card Here

I will continue to say this as a manager myself. Ashley and Josh from Louisville Ohio deserve pay increases. They know my order never mess it up and are wonderful team players! Always make my 7 year old feel like family!!! Thank you guys!

Most times it’s wonderful. I order extra, extra sauce , every time , tonight it was dry as a bone. I like the sauce the most. I was disappointed because I can only have pizza once in awhile. The daytime lady on Saturday always gets it perfect.
