I have nothing bad to say. I’m not from this area, I’m here for work. When I want a good beer and good food and I don’t want a loud atmosphere to sit in, I come here. I’ve eaten 3 different meals and all of them have been good. Service is good, friendly and prompt. I really like the smaller atmosphere. Owner and server seemed to know most folks by name. Bar might seat 10, surrounding tables 20-30. Pretty intimate setting. Warm and inviting. I love it. The best thing about Lynchburg in my opinion.

Honestly one of my favorite places to visit when in town. Highly recommend, great food and atmosphere! Great choice of alcohol and very knowledgeable with what they have and recommendations on drinks! Ignore the bad reviews, the people here are amazing!

Beer 88 has been a local favorite for many years. Never had any issue with service or food quality. One of the most consistent dining experiences I've had whether getting take out or dining in.

All of the burgers and fries are fantastic, easily rivaling that of other restaurants in Lynchburg like Bootleggers. With great atmosphere and beer this place is hard to beat.

A nice place to unwind, or meet friends after work. Great selection of craft beer, and the burgers are the best in town. Every one that works there is super friendly.
