You wouldn't expect this place to stand out with a cheeseburger. I mean the ribeyes and pastas are just absolutely great and what they are famous for. But this place for me is the home of the best bacon cheese burgers I have ever had. I've had it twice now and both times it was out of this world. Big thick hand formed patties with big thick bacon. A RED pickle topped off the burger. Well worth the $15 price. I could eat this every day but I'm not going to because this will be my reward dinner. A very special burger for when I deserve the very best. They have a pastrami sandwich that would blow me away too if they added grilled sourkraut.

This place is a true gem! Off the beaten track a bit - but adorable, low key with friendly staff. Great wine selections and a decent pour make it rare and affordable. I ordered the cavatelli and it did not disappoint. Wonderful al dente pasta with loads of fresh spinach and amazing heirloom tomatoes. I couldn’t stop eating it!!!! I texted my Italian husband and he is crying his heart out that he’s not with me. Highly recommend this little gem.
