Chef Gaccione has done a very nice job opening an upscale New American restaurant in Madison. My fiancee and I came here for brunch last weekend. We arrived shortly after they opened and were amongst the first to arrive for the day. They've done a fantastic job rennovating the restaurant -- it is very open, but still intimate. The food is very tasty, albeit a bit pricey -- especially for brunch. I had chicken & waffles, she had a salad and soup. All of the main courses were delicious! I have always loved chicken and waffles, and these guys definitely do it right! The chicken is crispy, a tad spicy, but also sweet. The waffle is sweet potato and is more savory. For dessert, we had the pineapple cake...which left a bit to be desired. Especially since it was $10. We've eaten at Chef Gaccione's other restaurant in Morristown, South & Pine. The menu's are VERY similar. (Almost too similar...I'd like to see some variety, but please don't take away my chicken & waffles) We will definitely be back to try the dinner menu -- as it seems to be very popular later in the day. Very excited to see this place in downtown Madison!

Went to Central+Main for the first time for Brunch. It was AMAZING. Everything we ordered was delicious, best food we have had in a long time and great service. We will definitely be back!
