There is not a better place to eat. They cater to your every need. They remember you and what you love! It doesn't look like the most upscale place, but it more than 10x makes up for it in authenticity! Everyone is friendly and the shrimp tacos and salsa are to die for! You must try it! I recommend it to everyone around!

the building doesn't look like much, but it's what's on the menu that counts. the blackened fish tacos are some of the best in Madison. the huarache is so much food i can only eat half in one sitting. my wife and i have always been happy with their food and the friendly staff—so much that we even asked them to cater our wedding reception, and the food they served got a lot of compliments from our guests!

As president of a small but very active Taco Lovers Club and a vegetarian, I've had tacos at well over a dozen other restaurants in Madison and El Poblano's fried zucchini tacos have become almost a weekly habit, and I may have a problem. Highlights of the great things offered here: -the service -the price -the salsa -the bakery (seriously, it's magical) -the fish tacos (my S.O. is as crazy about them as I am the zucchini) They are also upgrading their dining room to new booths that are going to be awesome! If you're reading this trying to decide if you should try a new place here...just do it, you will be very happy you did.
