Looooong waits, missing items, managers refusing to refund missing items. This store used to be quick and accurate but it’s definitely subpar now.

Whoever was working 12/10/2020 at 2:11pm that entire crew needs to get a raise, hands down the best mcdonald's in upstate new york. My order was repeated back to me 3 times and correctly every time my burger even with being modified was perfect. It was hot and my fried were straight out the basket salted and thrown in the cup. Amazing. I mean there wasn't a pickle out if place on this damn burger. What made it even better is the drive through was busy but some how faster than an empty drive through service.. if you see this just know I love y'all keep up that hard work!

Had to ask for the McRib..was not being advertised on the menu board.. They were supposed to have started selling Dec. 2nd.. Sandwich is awesome I remember as a teen working for McDs when they came on the scene can be messy but super good!!

Just moved here from the city. Horrible service. Everyone was rushing and there was barely anyone in the drive through, maybe 2 cars. And there was only one other person inside waiting. One of the managers that was a girl handed me my food and was complaining about a coworker to me. It was so unprofessional. I have to say I feel bad for whoever has to work with her. Her demeanor was very condescending and make it seem like I was bothering her as well. seemed like a very unhappy person. And my order was only 2 large fries. And they were cold and barely salted !! Will not be returning
