Really great staff and food is always cooked well, but typically either understaffed or simply just packed. Watch WHEN you go and you'll have a good experience. Avoid getting sucked up into the lunch rush or the rush hour slammer. Parking can be a fickle thing.

I regularly cite this as the best run business I have ever seen, and I am familiar with many large companies. They are incredibly busy and do an amazing job at efficiently serving so many customers. Top notch, extra courteous service.

Typical excellent experience at Chik-fil-A. Staff always is a country mile more friendly and spirited than any other food place in similar category. I applaud the management who seem to find better than average employees, or average employees and coach them up. Either way, it shows, and is enjoyed by patrons. Food quality is always more than acceptable.
