Holy smokes! Picked up a two pizzas cinnamon rolls and bread sticks. The order was 25 minutes late from the online order pickup time, then.. the pizzas were clearly not cooked (I'm assuming the pizza ovens have a bottom element that isn't on) the top look great, but it was just resting on dough..

Our order was placed at 5:48 pm after 4 phone calls our pizza arrived at 8:37 and was cold. The pizza box looked like it had been dragged behind the car several miles. We own a Restuarant here in Manitowoc and totally understand things do go wrong but almost 3 hours to get a pizza is not a good way

Pizza was delicious as usual. I know that all fast food & smaller restaurants are having hard time getting and keeping employees which means the ones that are there are working harder, so keeping the quality up is also more difficult. The employees working make this happen!

Ordered two pizzas and breadsticks and our pizza was undercooked and doughy. When I called to let them know they said “We only have four of us working.” I ended up with food poisoning for three days from our food. I would not recommend ordering from here.

The food was warm, tasty, quickly delivered and accurate. The delivery driver was very friendly.
