Jersey Mike's Subs Marietta

Tonight was my first time into your restaurant, and as it turns out it was also my first time enjoying a sub in over two years. You see, I was diagnosed two years ago with celiac disease and have to very strictly avoid gluten for medical reasons, not merely as a matter of preference. Eating out is a very rare occasion indeed because I can't do so safely in most restaurants. So it was fantastic news to learn that Jersey Mike's has not only brought gluten free bread to their stores but that your company has gone out of their way to properly train your teams on how to avoid cross contamination too. And for those of us with celiac, that's the name of the game. Makes ALL the difference. Tonight, I had the pleasure of meeting and being taken care of by Ty, Rumi (I apologize if I'm butchering the spelling of their names) and one other very nice young man who's name escapes me. That team did a great job of following the protocols they were trained on, and as someone who knows, I can tell you each step was important and well done. So a great big kudos to Jersey Mike's for making the investment to bring gluten free options to your stores. That's awesome. But an even bigger THANK YOU goes to your specific team there at the Dallas Hwy store. Those three don't know it, but they gave me the gift of feeling "normal" again tonight by being able to sit and enjoy a sub. Simple, but meant a ton to me. I'll most definitely be back.
