I cannot recommend this company/location enough!!!! The cookies are so cute and delicious!! I ordered a bouquet of cookies for delivery to someone and I made a mistake and gave the wrong address. Long story short, the owner helped by offering a solution she did not have to do! Amazing customer! Highly recommend!!

We ordered cookies from Cookies by Design for my sons birthday celebration as an alternative for the non-cupcake eaters. The cookies fit the theme perfectly; they were fresh and individually wrapped. We’ll definitely order from Cookies by Design again!

The staff of The Slate Apartments Homes in Decatur, Ga. and we ordered for the 1st time. We are beyond pleased. The ease of the ordering process to the finished product just perfect! The Marietta branch of Cookies by Design are totally awesome! Not only did my cookies arrive on time, they sent me a picture of them delivered to my friends doorstep! The cookies were just stellar!The communications were exceptional! Even when I inquired about my order after hours, they responded almost immediately!I am very very impressed with this fine group of people! Corporate should take note and utilize these folks as an example of great customer relations and as mentors to other branches! I hope they are recognized for their efforts!! I’ll even order the Pizza! Kudos to all there! Your efforts do not go unnoticed!!Thank you ever so much for bringing sunshine to my friend!!!!Sincerely thankful!

I have ordered a few cookie bouquets from this store and they have all been wonderful! I don't usually get to see them as I usually send them to people who I can't go and see. However, the most recent one I sent for someone's birthday I was able to see and it was gorgeous! The butterflies were so beautifully decorated and all of the cookies are delicious. I would highly recommend Cookies & Cupcakes By Design!
