Truly paradise. There is not an apartment, visually, that can top living here. It feels like living in disneyland day in and out. Staff is friendly, and surprisingly accommodating for a large complex. It has a whimsical fantasy vibe, overall good people and I am very thankful for my time living here. Special thanks to Anita.
The buildings are slightly older and have some maintenance issues, having carpet is a nightmare, and the prices are quite high, around $2700 for a one bedroom. But just how awesome the complex is ALMOST makes it worth the price.
If you can do a year lease here, just do it to have the experience. It's awesome.
We just passed one year of living at Mariners Village and our only regret is that we didn't move here much sooner. Our family loves walking along the channel and being surrounded by natural trees, birds, and foliage. Both the Resident Services and Maintenance staff are beyond reproach.
In particular Christina and Anita in Resident Services make this community feel like a small, friendly town. They somehow manage to be simultaneously professional and warm. It seems they know every resident by name, which is impressive given the number of units. Particularly in such challenging times as these a little kindness goes a long way and Christina and Anita exude it every day. Thank you for all that you do to make this community our home!
Warmly, The Marshes
Mariners village is a great community to live in. It’s steps actually has a private walk way on the marina. The neighborhood is very dog friendly. Anita in resident relations has been amazing, accommodating any needs or concerns that have come about. She goes above and beyond with excellent service.
