Reviews of Burger King

This is the worse Burger King I have ever went to! We were traveling and decided to stop in Marion, Arkansas and stoppen by Burger King. At First we thought they were closed because the lot was empty. Nobody was in the drive thru when we arrive! We were asked to move up, but we were wondering why because nobody was in front or behind us! We waited at leather 15 Minutes for our order! We thought the food was being Made fresh as long as it took! We were already Back in the interstate before we took the food out the bag, or would have turned around and got our money Back. I called the store Manager and she didnt act concerned! This place need to be shut Down!

My family and I were passing through and had a tire blow. The staff at burger king was kind enough to let my family sit in the restaurant while I got my tire serviced. They're short staffed and could've just ignored our request! Three women working hard all with wonderful attitudes and stellar customer service! Kudos to you 3!

They are slow every time I get food from here, no matter what time of day it is. Most recently they didn’t give me my entire order. My daughter went inside to tell them and they were rude and told her the inside isn’t open, yet the door was unlocked. We didn’t get the food that they forgot to give us, after waiting for 20 minutes. Bad customer service all around.

Stopped for a quick bite coming back from Memphis... Very friendly service through the drive-thru. I've always liked BK food and this was no different. Service was courteous and prompt as well...good job! The only "ding" was that it did take quite awhile for the food to be ready, but that's alright; I had a really cool yellow crop-duster rehearsing for his role in Independence Day flying around!

Stopped here to eat and told they were only able to make fried food. Went ahead and ordered chicken strip meals. Used the men's restroom and it had clearly not been attended to (dirty and paper towels all over the place). Got our food to go and started eating on our way and fries were very cold. Tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. Staff was overall friendly, however I did notice one of them using their cell phone with gloves on. We will definitely not visit here again.
