He roasts a bunch of different beans with, his self-created roaster. I enjoyed learning about different types of coffee roasts and blends, as well as getting to check out his roasting set up. The house blend we tried was excellent! They also sell homemade ice-cream powder, chocolate espresso beans, and vegan cookies. The wifi was also good enough to screen share a remote server.

Love Mariposa Coffee! We happened upon their coffee in a quaint store in Mariposa, CA on a vacation several years ago and the store owner suggested we visit Mariposa Coffee just a few miles from the store. We did and have been loyal customers since...we've even gotten some of our Ohio friends hooked on it too!

Passed it twice before I finally had the time to go in. Jerry was super nice and friendly, and showed me her custom made coffee roaster. I dont think they serve cups of coffee(I didn’t ask) but it didn’t seem like it. I just bought a pound and made it at home. Wish I had a roaster like this where I live .
