I moved to Jackson a few years ago, and now every single time I come back home over a weekend, I stop at Higher Ground at least once. The coffee is delicious, and the owners are fantastic! They roast their beans in Union City and thoughtfully craft blends for the community, always keeping the customers first in their minds. They serve only the best products and settle for nothing less. The baristas treat each customer with the utmost care and deliver high quality service every time. We need a Higher Ground location in the Jackson area — no other coffee shop compares!

Great service always with a smile. I never really liked coffee until I had the caramel macchiato and now I'm addicted! Best place in northwest Tennessee for coffee, frappés, and cinnamon rolls.
