The fried dragons and warrior sauce were so yummy! I ordered the vegetarian noodle bowl, and I was very pleased with the portion size for the price per dish. I had never tried some of the ingredients in my plate, but they were delicious and very filling. The noodles were well cooked. My boyfriend got the shredded chicken noodle bowl, and it looked fantastic. Green tea was on par, and we really appreciated the presentation of it. It's a bit of a hidden spot within the Arts Plaza, but the atmosphere is cozy, calm, and friendly. As noodle lovers, we are very happy to have a legitimate noodle shop in the Valley, and we wish the staff, business owners, and the establishment all the best in their endeavors and fine dish creations. We're definitely coming back now that we know it's there. Thanks for making this happen! Love it! �

My review... As I entered I was meet with a smile (quite strange for the valley) and asked the typical how many in your party. The place has about 15 tables which is nice and cozy. We were ushered to our table and drink service was fast and accurate. I ordered a Diet Coke and I was was served a 20oz bottle. This is a negative in my book. Box drinks are cheap and there is no reason for not having fountain drinks. I was a little set back by the music volume. The menu is simple and laced with traditional options of Ramen � selections ranging from Japan, Vietnam and a hybrid there of. I had the Duck Shoyu Chef’s Special, my wife had the Dragon Warrior, and my daughter had Tonkotsu Miso. The dishes arrived hot and the presentation was attractive. At the first bite my taste buds were meet with a explosion � of Asian flavors! The duck was roasted to perfection, the ramen was perfectly al dente. The duck broth met my mouth with a creamy smooth texture. The item that I liked the most is the marinated soft boiled egg. To die for! Our waiter was Vern, I highly suggest you request his tables. Over all a gem � in the RGV hidden away in a sea of tacos.

By far one of the best bowls of ramen I have eaten in the valley! I ordered the dragon warrior ramen and it was simply delicious , I added a spicy bomb and chili garlic which made it the best for me. The service was amazing, kind of a long wait time but totally worth it in the end! Would totally recommend! �
