Terrible customer service. Not one person greeted us no thanks no have a great day no you food will be one moment. Completely ignored. Then the food save your money and go to Wendy's. Not only did it come out the bag falling apart the meat didn't even cover the bun. Crispy chicken was more like rubbery with zero flavor.

I ordered around 7 pm on the app for lobby pick up because it said it was open. I go and see people inside but every single door is locked, so I get into the drive through. I wait 25 minutes in line and pull up to the speaker and try to explain the situation to them, as I don't have a mobile code but a receipt I wanted to show them. The manager then yells at me and tells me to reorder and get back in line even though the transaction went through already. I spoke with customer service and they said they would give me a refund and a meal voucher. It's been 3 weeks since then and now they aren't replying. Just disappointed as it was nice to have a McDonald's so close to home but I have no desire to go back after this awful interaction.

Waiting more than 10
Minutes in front of the drive thru, nobody front of my car, nobody say something in the speaker, say hello few times, all my family inside the mini van, after a long wait the car behind us left, move the truck forward, see they dispatch a car, waiting few more minutes, nothing no a word, after few minutes we decided to move front window and left, don’t know what is happening to that restaurant. Is not the first time, bad. This kind of behavior is worst than a plague. This franchise is build in sacrifice and proud. If you don’t have the responsibility and the motivation to work there or in another place is better to stay in bed and stay there, and for the owner please that behavior is because of lack of supervision, in my country never see that happens in 25 years. Here is a mess. Shame. A place like that without self esteem. Poor of you.

Bad. Ordered a large quarter pounder meal and then checked the receipt and they put it as a medium than got to the second window and told them it was supposed to be a large and then went home and they gave me a large drink but still gave me a medium fry. COMMON SENSE DUHH

Not a particularly good outing this time. Service took a little too long. Food was not completely done right. Missing items from sandwiches. No heads up that they were out of certain products.
