Lucky me, I had a medley of amazing food at Simple Fare Medford."The Italian" came with the best combination of meat I have ever had. Very generous and fresh and finished on a ciabatta roll and a side of chips. WOW!! I also had a taken home a couple of enreés. First was the Braised Duck Parpardelle which was artfully prepared and done al dente. The pasta would have been fine by itself but with the braised duck was sublime. (that was yesterday lunch). Last night my wife and I shared the Braised Short Rib dinner. It was two succulent bone in ribs that had lots of tender flavorful meat over smooth and tasty mashed potatoes and an assortment of fresh cooked veggies. Talk about comfort food. I can see this nice corner place being my go to food spot once or twice a week. Beyond impressive. Check out the menu and you will find everything on it worthy of trying.
