Everything was awesome, service was great, food was very flavorful and everything was cooked properly. As a chef myself I would recommend this place to everyone.
The food was delicious and the owner was very nice. He came over and spoke with us and let us know that everything was fresh and made-to-order. I had the Pad Thai and it was so good! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Awesome local spot for authentic Thai food. The staff were friendly and attentive. We ordered Thai basil, beef salad over fried rice, basil fried rice, kids noodles, empanada, and Thai tea.
Everything was flavoured perfect.
The interior is very eye catching and great for conversation starter.
Love this little local joint! They knew we needed a Thai/Latin café even if we were clueless! Strip mall exterior, but cozy art-filled interior. Awesome menu with a variety of Asian and Latin inspired dishes (as well as wings and sandwiches) and awesome people will keep me coming back.
First time here, small place was pretty busy. Food was good, will definately go back to try more of the menu!
I'm new to Thai food. I discovered two things tonight - my food was delicious!!! & I don't Ike curry (my son gave me a bite). My husband LOVES spicy, flavorful food. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

This is the spot for some grub! Tons to choose from all made fresh to order. Have tried several things from dry noodle to bacon fried rice or wings. Soooooo good. Staff is friendly and owner is personable and friendly to chat with. A gem in Eau Gallie that supports the community.
Ordered food at around 5pm for take out. Service was fast. Best pad Thai in Melbourne so far. Beef soup was ok- I prefer the #41 at Pho Cali. Egg roll tasted like the usual Chinese take out, was not very fond of it. I wish they’d offer desserts.
Best part of the experience was waiting for food to get ready as I was able to check out the artwork they had inside. Very interesting pieces.

Chez Quan's was a recommendation to me, and one I whole heartedly recommend to you. An eclectic eating establishment, it really brings the flavor to a fusion of Thai and Mexican food. We started with the empanada. Which was so tasty, we ordered another. Our main entrees were the Mussaman Curry Chicken and the Dry Noodle Soup. Both were strong on flavor and the right quantity to prevent the need for a doggie bag. We finished fully sated by the quality and quantity of the food. Our only negative is telling you that you can't plan on a late dinner at Chez Quan's. They close at 7. That's late enough for a bit of a dinner rush for them, but you're going to need to be aware of the time, if you're planning on going. Believe me, you're going to enjoy it.
So, tonight we arrived 10 minutes before CC losing, which necessitated a take out order. Almost a half an hour after ordering we're tasting our order of Pad See Ew, Panang Curry, and an Empanada. Slightly warm but still very tasty and filling.
Update March 8, 2023. We actually made it prior to the 7 pm closing time and enjoyed another delicious meal. Standard fare, Pad See Ew, Dry Drunken Noodles, and an empanada with Tai Tea, tastes to make you salivate and plenty of food to sate your appetite. So stop in and enjoy, or call up and pick up.
You gotta check this place out. The food is very good, the staff and service is really great, and it's a cool spot. They have a bunch of menu options to choose from. You can order it as take out or you could dine in and check out a bunch of art from local artists that is for sale. Even more, the owner is a really nice guy. If I had to list some kind of critique, it would just be they do not have the best beer selection and no wine. But overall, this place is very affordable, tasty, and a great all around value. Check it out. I will definitely be coming back for more.
