Service and quality on Sunday night was poor. Although we were promptly seated; the service was very substandard. I ordered the Zucchini and Calamari - only received the calamari. My friend ordered a steak medium rare and received it rare. Not once during our experience did we receive refills on our water or $5.00 soda. Our waiter did not check on us once during our dining experience. We had to ask a different waiter to find our waiter to even get the bill. Once we had the bill we had to go find it to hand him our payment. Definitely not worth the money spent.

QUICK NOTE: KEEP WALKING! Found this cozy place while walking along Lincoln street. The food looked great! My meal was fine. Our service was SHIT! A Our server checked on us once as our food was brought out by someone else. I had some issues with my meal, tried flagging her down several times. I finally got up and went into the kitchen for what was missing from my plate. Someone else brought it out. She never checked back with us again. Paid the 18% gratuity on our $70 some meal with pain hoping she's using it for her education. ( much needed) Will not EVER come back here again. Food is decent. Service is everything in your COMPETITIVE SB market.

Average service and they deceive customers to believe they are getting a discount. I was offered a 20% discount on my lunch and...after waiting 40 minutes for two plates of pasta (something that shouldn't take more than 15 min to make) I was charged 20% service fee without my consent.The waiter told me it was a restaurant fee and the additional tip was actually the server tip (an additional 3%) They will also charge a 7% Florida tax fee and a 2% resort fee - which is BS. so...20% discount on the food and a mandatory 20% service fee. VERY DISSAPOINTING...I suggest you eat elsewhere.

while I was walking at Lincoln road I ran into this restaurant offering Italian food. we decided to try it and asked for carpaccio in specific. service was too slow we had to wait for the waiter for a long time before we can order or ask for anything although technically there were only 4 other families. I even had to serve myself since nothing was brought to the table ( vinegar, oil, salt, pepper) had to grab them from the table next to me. after we finished the meal I noticed a black thing inside the bottle which turns out to be a fly! and of course we used olive oil all over our dishes being art of the Italian cuisine. called the waiter when he goes to the manager and talks to him. the manager comes and here is how it goes Manager: im sorry we are an open place and things like this always happen. we ordered new sets of bottles but there was a delay and we are collecting the bottles to change the oil. me: it does not change the fact that this was all over my food that I ate. manager literally: do you want me to take you to the hospital and wash your stomach? me: are you being sarcastic now? do you realize that im a doctor? manager: what do you want me to do then? thats what I can do? me after being provoked by his response: not paying for the fly in my food! manager: no you don't tell me what to do! I decide what you pay! me: you realize thats a big health risk and a potential complaint and you never know where this fly was before! a toilet or so.. manager: we are a big company with big lawyers and im trying to save you trouble. even if you complain the court would make you pay and then will take your case. me: ok willing to that if you think thats how it goes..call the police you claim that will make me pay. disappears for a while and comes again with the server and says: since you are the one who took the oil from the other table you will pay 50% and the server says: yes I saw you ..you picked the one with the fly! me: I grabbed the ones next to me simply cuz no one here is doing his job and I was helping myself obviously... disappears again and comes with a paper he wanted me to sign: that I refused that he calls the ambulance on site.. I was filling the paper with the story and he goes like no no no...you just sign don't write anything. I tear up the paper and asked for the bill he goes like : no its on me..I was gonna say after he saw how serious I was bottom line..the worst restaurant in Miami

If they allowed you to give your own tip then I'd dive then a 5 star the food was amazing. My husband and I loved it. Music was good and atmosphere. I had the Rib eye steak on special and he had a pizza. But the service wasn't worth 20% which is what gets automatically charged to the check.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The pasta is homemade and the service was excellent. Alexandra was our waitress. She did an awesome job. We sat outside and it was hot, my water glass was never left empty. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
