I liked Kai - Poke Shop because of the quality of the food, proximity to my location, and the efficiency in which the food was put together (I got a tuna bowl). I just wanted to try something new for a quick lunch and this was perfect. Only draw back was price but it is in a great location in Brickell so I understand.

Cool vibe, with hip surroundings and music, also nice and clean like you want your poke place to be. More importantly the fish was very fresh. Service was pleasant and efficient. My only suggestion would be to get some imported Asian beers if you're going to be serving okay. Estrella Damm works will work in a pinch though

This quick serve place has great poke bowls, I tried the salmon passion bowl as well as the tuna aloha poke bowls. Both were excellent. Maria Jose who prepared them, customized them for me with no rice. Excellent service and food. Highly recommended, very reasonable prices for the quality. Located at the intersection of brickell and 14th Street.
