I only really have a couple of questions/suggestions — is there any Taco Bell in America where they don't put beans on one end of a burrito, and beef at the other end? Every. Single. Time. I would love to have my beef and beans side by side in the tortilla. And, why is there always 3X more beans than beef? I shouldn't need to order extra beef to make the portions equal. Honestly, there's so little beef I can't tell whether I've hit a few lumps in my beans, or what. If these issues are addressed I'll re-review with 5 stars!
It seems like there is one outstanding employee each time I go in. The last time was a 16 year boy working his butt off by himself to handle the lobby, which was busy at the time. This time was a woman who kindly offered to help me navigate the bus schedule. Good job
Often maligned publicly, but this location is usually spot on with their orders! The mistakes I’ve encountered have been met with excellent customer service and fixed immediately. Reliable and delicious, we love our Taco Bell!
I would highly recommend ordering through the app. Doing a walk-in order is a nightmare, standing at the counter with eight other people for 30 to 40 minutes waiting for them to put an order together (usually 3 plain bean burritos for my kid's pre-practice meal, which they've made her late to before). App ordering through the drive-thru usually results in 100% satisfaction. There have been a couple of occasions where the employee at the window has been visibly sick: coughing, sniffing looking feverish, and not wearing a mask. It's uncomfortable, and the company should know better than to put employees facing the public in that situation. Otherwise, the orders are almost always correct and if they get them wrong they make up for it.
Every time we go there our order is perfect. And we have a picky eater. They're always nice and pleasant. I get hooked up with my favorite sauce too. Been going there for a year and a half now.
