Order a Nutella Acai Bowl with out granola. And Received literally less than half of the Bowl. FOR $12 This is Horrible. I had order previous time before and never had it been like this. I called to give a complaint due to me not being the one that picked up the order and i was unaware of how little they put I Explained to the girl and said thats how it was made since i asked for no granola. Never had i ever received any bowl like this. She literally went back amd forth saying it was filled. I literally eating banana and strawberries for $12.

Blend in Middletown USED TO BE amazing! Tons of workers, never put on hold when I called, food was ready at a descent time, huge salads.... sadly that is NOT the case anymore. The first time I called, I was put on hold & forgotten about so I had to hang out & call again. Was put on hold a second time and still no one answered. I usually get their salads which when they first opened was HUGE! SO worth the $12 and just today I got the same salad but HALF of what I usually get and I am paying the SAME amount! My mom got the Tuscan Avocado Toast - big mistakes! Little avocado and the toast wasn’t even toasted! They used to have TONS of people working & today they only had 2 ppl working! They are starting to cut A LOT of corners and it shows!! Very disappointing, I definitely won’t be going there anymore.

Does no one like their job anymore? After looking at the menu online based on the Middletown store, tried to place an order and items online are not available at this location. Was told "I don't handle the website I just work here". Really? Great customer service 🙄

I have never been here before and let me tell you I will be back. Immediately I was greeted with a warm and endearing smile. One of the workers (older guy) helped me pick out what would be perfect for me considering I’ve never been there before. He explained all of the different options. It took little time to receive my food and it was delicious. I couldn’t say enough great things about my experience. Highly recommend!

I placed my order online at this location because the Monroe store (which is closer to me) was closed. However, the customer experience I had was very poor. The staff member Maria, forgot to add an item. I noticed this as soon as I unpacked everything once I got home. I called the store immediately and told her I had an item missing. She immediately told me it was my fault and I should've asked/reminded her for it(even though it was already paid for and on my receipt) When I demanded a refund, she said she couldn't help and told me I should drive back to get the rest of my order since it's ready. She had an nonchalant, non-caring attitude and blamed me for HER MISTAKE! This is unacceptable and I will not be returning here.

the place is cute but super pricey. my açaí bowl was 11$. the vegan panini was a touch over cooked and the tofu was overpowering.
