AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, the whole crew worked together so well and so organized especially with such a Big order that I had, smiles and laughter….. this type of vibe is so appreciate it. See you at how customer service these days aren’t so friendly. I got home the food was fresh and delicious. Thank you Cousin staff in Midtown.

I've always had a great experience at this cousins at midtown, I frequent their doing door dash and GrubHub and I never wait long for my food, the employees are ALWAYS working, store clean, an TODAY I ordered a veggie sub and I tell you she did a wonderful 👍🏿 job, it wasn't DRY, spring mix wasn't old and all my veggies were placed nicely together.
Cousins us my favourite spot to visit when I visit Milwaukee WI. The service is not always on point. If you're there to make sure that they're fixing your sandwich correctly, you have a winner ☺️
I've been on 16th and Wisconsin and east capitol both were outstanding. Fresh food friendly faces very clean stores
It's in a good area. The food is good also they are quick if it's not too crowded..I would recommend to call in the order then pick it up ..

Especially if the one manager guy is there who has been there for quite sometime. When I go on Villard or Appleton I can not say they are as good flavor, food and professional wise. The attitudes, and unprofessional behavior makes me wish I would have driven to Brown Deer. I believe the poor workers are messing it up for your ratings. I have never had a bad experience at Midtown or Silver Spring location and Midtown has done an AWESOME job on my parties and baby showers. I also agree, the place needs some renovations And updates.
