By far this was the WORST Chipotle experience i have ever had. The food is CRUSHED. I spent $50 for nothing! They packaged everything so wrong that everything was smushed, you can obviously see how little food they put into it… horrible… and they were so cheap that they couldn’t even give me a double bag for an order this heavy, there was leakage on the bottom of the bag because of how they smushed everything in!! I’m so angry I don’t know what to do. Barely any food, smushed packaging, i should really go ask for a refund. Or maybe i should stop doing mobile orders so that i can watch them put the portions into the bowl and make sure they package it all properly. Its only 3 minutes away from my house and convenient..
Update: they contacted me and apologized for the packaging and the small portions. They gave me a free entree so at least they cared. So now i give them 4 stars. I guess that was just a bad experience before, maybe i will do separate orders in the future to make sure that they package everyones order in separate bags.
I got a DoorDash order and it was messed up. The order totaled up to $50 and DoorDash only offered $4 worth of credits because of the mistake. I called the chipotle store myself to see if what more I can do and the staff was so helpful and they were very apologetic and nice and remade my entire order free of charge and very quickly as well. I highly recommend this chipotle as it’s the only chipotle that adds a good amount of sauce and portions and the service is 10/10! I spoke to 2 people, Marcelo and or Erin and someone else who was really nice and went to the front to assist me in getting my food prepared right and fast! Thank you!
I am mixed about this location…they never label the take out so we don’t know which bowl for example belongs to which person even though we write the name when ordering. Today the food we received had undercooked rice…i am not picky when it comes to anything but they were really undercooked and i am surprised they put this stuff out there.
just went to this location for the second time, been to many chipotle locations in my time, this was by far the most efficient and professional staff ive ever seen at one ever, give these guys raises 👍
The food was good but the place was filthy. The tables were sticky and wet from the last customers and the garbage pale was overflowing with garbage all over the floor. We had to step over the trash to get out. We won't go back to that one.
It's Chipotle. It does what it does, give you food and drinks, nothing else special about this place. You either love or hate Chipotle. That's all. Probably forego the queso Blanco though, salt in that is extremely high.
