This location in the Gateway Center in Mission Viejo, should be the flagship location for all Starbucks. I'm a semi regular, sometimes I go often, sometimes I'm away. But when I do visit, the atmosphere is always welcoming, and the Manager, always remembers me and my drink. Same for most of the cashiers and baristas. It's clean and every single employee is friendly and welcoming. I pass other coffee houses and even other Starbucks to patronize this location. AND . . . As a side note, I feel bad for the customers who are having a bad day and throw this location under the bus because it takes 90 seconds to get their drink. The store is busy because they are so popular and friendly. And if you spew harsh, don't be surprised if you get what you give. Five stars to the manager and staff at the Starbucks at Alicia and Jeronimo in the Gateway Center.

This is a pretty solid Starbucks to post up at and work on a document while drinking a coffee or eating a breakfast sandwich. It can get pretty busy at times, but compared to other Starbucks. It’s usually pretty quick. Lots of parking and a clean location. They maintain it well and the staff has been friendly when I have visit. Are usually will get a green tea or a caramel macchiato.

I came in with a very large order that was written down and the gentleman, Kevin, who took my order was so kind!! The entire crew that morning who made the drinks were so happy and bubbly and extremely helpful with my large order! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!
