the food is great! the owner is nice and friendly and great! I always get the mix plate, pita burger, chicken sandwich, and the kabob plate. Basically, everything is great there and clean. Also, It is all halal!
This place is consistently good and always friendly service from the family that owns it. Hands down the best Gyros in Mobile in my opinion. This is one of my favorite places to eat in Mobile.
I love supporting small business, especially family businesses. When I visited this restaurant on a quiet Wednesday evening I was served by a very polite young man in his teens while his father prepared my order and his younger brother stirring about. A family business indeed!
The gyros on a pita was very tasty and quite hearty. It came with fries that were good but unspectacular. Along with a drink, that came to just under $10. Perhaps a touch steep but not a showstopper.
I also tried the samosa which were filled with a delicious ground beef preparation. A little different for me since I've usually only had potato or vegetable samosas.
Definitely worth a visit.
Always good food. I usually stop here to get gyros for takeout, but will occasionally sit in and eat with a friend. I love that it is never crowded when I go, and the food is prepared freshly and in a decent amount of time. I've had the gyro, chicken gyro, lamb shank, falafel, and kabobs. All have been fresh and delicious, with generous portions. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile.
Worth a Try. Took in a late lunch at House of Kabob and Gyros over the 4th of July weekend. I had the Kabob Plate and my wife had their traditional Gyro.
In all we were pleased. the Gyro's are good (not great), but I really enjoyed my Kabab plate. The saffron rice was nice and the side of Greek Salad was good and their pitas were very good. They’re tzatziki (sp) sauce was nice. Service was quick as this is more of a fast food place than a family sit down restaurant, the staff was friendly.
Unassuming for sure. Small place with drive thru. Food was delicious but service was a little lacking. Won't change my opinion of deciding to eat here though! Portion isnt as large as Mediterranean Sandwich Co nearby, but certainly authentic & tasty.
Always the food is hot, freshly made, and good! People owning/operating are great! Like very much!
We have been to this place 4 times now. It’s been our favorite weekend spot. I can’t say enough about how amazing the chicken sandwich is literally the best thing I’ve ever tasted. He really knows his food. I also really love the felafel. It’s the best I’ve ever had anywhere. AMAZING
Absolutely loved it! We will definitely be back. I had the mixed kabob plate with rice and my husband had a gyro plate with rice. Excellent! All of this food was good...great... delicious! My favorite was the chicken kabob and taziki sauce. So, so, so YUM!

Very good and authentic! I had the gyro hummus plate. Recommended if you like Greek food.
