My order was ready and waiting at the pickup window before I pulled up, with no wait between windows. The servers here are good at their jobs. I wish the customers treated them better.
It Was All Good ( Two Thumbs Up) Must Do It Again, some Day SOON
At this location, drive-thru service usually ranges from average to quick. But, as expected at any fast-food restaurant, during peak hours, service times can run a little slow. It's my experience, however, that curbside pickup takes a little longer than it should, no matter how busy (or slow) the drive-thru is.
The burgers, nuggets, fish, chicken and fries are generally served fresh and hot. This includes peak or off-peak hours. Occasionally, during off-peak times, the food can be old and cold and it is served that way regardless.
During peak hours, I usually receive sandwiches that are sloppily made and I have to put them back together before I can even eat them.
Special orders are prepared correctly almost every time, though when I ask for extra pickles, I will more than likely get a handful of them on my sandwich.
Drinks are usually cold but could use a little more ice. Unlike many other McDonald's locations, the shake machine is working more often than not.
Overall, this is a very good location. I choose it over the McDonald's in the other direction which is closer to my house.
This is the first time I was able to eat indoors at a McDonald's despite the slow service the food was good and I did not mind waiting considering personnel constraints. I would go there again.
The food was good and the location clean. But at the time the location was closed inside due to COVID-19 issues (no enough staff, etc..). At the time it also had supply chain issues so they had Zero napkins. Staff was friendly and like I mentioned the food was fresh and good.
