Father Fintan Stack

Finally, a restaurant we deserve. I tried the Gyro plate and it was amazing. The rice was perfectly seasoned and the salad was fresh, excellent oil dressing and the pepperoncinis and olives were an excellent touch. My wife's lobster ravioli was handmade (I can tell) and the sauce had a terrific flavor to it. Please support this business so it can stay, maintain the quality food and service Monahans for years to come. These guys deserve the business!

2nd time here and absolutely excellent. My server's name was KY l believe and she is truly first class in hospitality. I hope to go here every week at least once a week! The veal piccata is out of this world. My wife Judy had the lobster ravioli! Superb! Nick the chef is awesome!

My husband had the veal murphy which he said was fabulous. I had the tour of italy and it was good. For an appetizer we had the stuffed mushrooms with rose sauce which was amazing!! The server was so nice and even cleared a table because we wanted to sit there. The food was fresh and hot and came very quickly. Everything was fresh and authentic. I highly recommend this place if you live in Monahans or are just passing through. Excellent service. Great food!!
