Sing Fay Restaurant

I'm not used to going to restaurants that can accommodate my gluten-free needs and still taste good. Usually restaurants either won't accommodate, will charge extra, or will simply remove parts of the meal. Not here. The food here was phenomenal, and the service was outstanding! The server happily showed me their menu and talked through what could be done to make the dishes gluten-free. When we got the food, it tasted like the dish was exactly as it was meant to be, not like a substitute for a normal meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone, and if you're gluten-free like me, this place is a rare treat!

This is my all-time favorite restaurant. I highly recommend the general Tso's chicken, the spicy cabbage, the spicy green beans, and the spicy potato strips. (None of them are all that spicy if you don't eat the peppers, but I'm sure you could get them spicier if you want.) The staff are amazing and work so hard.
