Angel, a cook at this location, is the most disrespectful and arrogant I’ve ever met by far. I stood in line with 2 young girls and they were cut in line by a family of 4. Angel told the young girls and I that the family of 4 were the last customers he was going to attend. The girls waited over 15 minutes in line and their order wasn’t taken. I believe this was very unprofessional of his part to ignore that the girls were cut in line and refused to take their order. Don’t come here unless you want your service to be refused. Unbelievable.

RIPPED-OFF and CHEATING!
$7.49 for a small bacon/steak sandwich has only 3 EXTREMELY tiny stripes of cheap steak. The photo shows heavy thick steak inside the bread. What a rip-off and cheating! STRONLY NOT recommend Philly Steak to anyone!

Good afternoon sunday jan/ 12/20. I know that last time I gave this establishment a good 5 star rating. But today was very bad service cashier had attitude wasn't perfesional never greets no smile and very rude maybe she had a bad day else where .but please leave your problems at home .I mentioned that I wanted my bread toasted. And notice there was not a toaster to toast bread .I had to a ask the young lady twice to toast it .please train your workers on being more perfesional.

I regret purchasing this food! SUPER expensive and has no type of flavor! I hate wasting my money on gross food. We only came here because all the other food courts were packed and this specific fast food restaurant wasn’t. I wish I could’ve got a refund. I’d rather go to McDonald’s to satisfy my needs.

Ugh, they do not know what they are doing! They look lost. Lost our order. And now we been waiting for 30 mins for our lunch. And after giving us our order, she forgot some items. Could not go back, because I needed to go to work. Well all I can say DO NOT COME HERE!! I sure will NOT.

Consistent product. Smaller portions. We usually order the chicken philly sandwich w/ fries. It's made to order so it's hot & fresh. We usually come here 2 or 3 times a month.
