Drinks chain with various topping options like boba and konjac. Came here after dim sum at Atlantic and got our drinks to-go. There are a couple of tables inside to sit at (no outdoor tables). However, there are a few benches around the corridor for you to sit, though most are in the sun. Credit cards are accepted. Parking is available in a large garage with up to a 4 hour limit.
You order at the counter and after you pay, you wait for your drink to be called. You customize the size, level of sweetness, level of ice, as well as the toppings you’d like. I opted for a Hokkaido milk tea and 50% and it was saccharine. My friends had similar comments about how their drinks were too sweet for a 75% level as well. I’d say err on the conservative side for your sugar level and opt for less ice.

Absolutely LOVE this place. My family and I come here as often as we can. I absolutely LOVE the strawberry green tea with boba and we always share a boba shaved ice cream as a family. Super friendly staff, if you sit outside there’s a gorgeous fountain and right by the theater entrance. Food is great, service is quick and attentive.

For a chain, one would think food and drinks are consistent. I go to 3 different Ten Ren's regularly and I have to order my Honey Green Tea 3 different ways! That really shouldn't be the case, because they supposedly make it the same way at all places. But nope! Also, depending on which barista you get, that also adds a variable to how your drinks come out. MPK is probably the worse of the 3 locations I frequent. They've taken a lot food items off the menu and are pretty inconsistent when it comes to their drinks. On the other hand, all their staff are very nice!

Went on a Tuesday at around 1:30 PM and there weren’t many people. We ordered our drinks to go and got our drinks pretty quickly.
Location is next to Phoenix, they are a little hard to find when you are walking around the plaza.

Ten Ren's Tea Time is a small little shop located within the Atlantic Time's Square Plaza. Parking is free at the multiple underground levels. The food here is okay, nothing spectacular, but something to just satisfy quick cravings. As the name of the shop might imply, their tea is really their specialty. There are a plethora of combinations and choices in their menu. The place does get packed during finals/midterms seasons, since students tend to meet up there to study and hang out. The menu does indicate that there are some specials that go on during lunch and dinner hours.

Service was pretty solid and professional. They all knew to ask for sweetness and ice levels which impressed me.
I got a Green milk tea with boba which was one of the better ones I've had around the area.
I think they can turn up the AC or get thicker blinds, b/c the sun can get quite strong late afternoon/sunset time, so beware if you are sitting near the window during those times.

Great drinks, lots of food choices too. You can indicate the level of sugar/sweetness for your drink. Try 1/4 sugar of you want to consume less sugar. Staff is always nice. They have wifi too!
