Brandy did an incredible job with our wedding cake (and gluten free cupcakes for my sister)! We chose the raspberry champagne and triple chocolate as our flavors and everyone raved about how delicious the cake was. The presentation was also gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. We asked for a simple design with flowers and it turned out beautifully (see pictures attached). Not only did she do a great job executing what we asked for, she also went above and beyond and made our cake a day earlier than we had originally planned when we decided to move the wedding date last minute (about 2 days before the new wedding date) to the day before due to a tropical storm. We had a great experience with Brandy at The Icing & The Cake and we highly recommend working with her!

Brandy was wonderful to work with for my daughter, Miranda's wedding. We had a blast at our initial meeting, the bride and groom fell in love with the desserts as much as with each other. On the day of the wedding Brandy arranged everything on our dessert table beautifully and I continue to get glowing compliments from our guests about how great the desserts were. The Icing and the Cake did an excellent job with our wedding cake. From the cake tasting to our wedding day, Brandy was very sweet and reliable to work with. The cake was a beautiful 3 tiered cake with a variety of flavors and fillings. Each layer was fresh, moist, and delicious and exactly what we had pictured.
