I am in LOVE! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was welcomed with smiles and warmth that set the stage for feeling like you are with family. I was so pleased at how many flavor profiles the menu offered! The plates of food we saw being delivered to the tables made it so hard for us to decide what we wanted. The pasties looked AMAZING! What really stood out about the Whitetail Restaurant and Grill was how friendly they were and how much attention they gave us, making sure we were well taken care of. Oh, and the Salted Caramel Whisky Hot Cider ?!?!? That was incredible, and it was a good thing someone was there to stop me from making those my meal. We had the Whitetail Steak and Alfredo, which was cooked to perfection, and you can't roll through a town without trying what the locals say is one of the best burgers. They were absolutely right, as that was also perfection and the cook did my chips exactly how I asked. We also ordered a pizza so we could take some back to our hotel with us, and the only thing I regret is not ordering more. If you find yourself in Moran, Michigan, PLEASE visit the Whitetail Restaurant and Grill. I can't wait to go back but this time, we will be getting breakfast. I heard their omelets are fantastic.

Great food and prices for a quick stop, just passing through. It looks like the new owners are starting to update the place, which it desperately needed. I hope (for the workers sake), that air conditioning is next on the list. Even though it was really busy when we were there, the food came out quickly and it was still hot and exceeded our expectations. Keep up the great work!

We stopped at this family owned and operated restaurant for a quick bite and it was amazing. The food and the staff were both really good. We had omelette and skillet and saw a lot of people ordering pasties. I highly recommend it.
