Locally owned !!!!! to start off with. What a breath of fresh air in food !! Everything was absolutely amazing and delicious. For starters the seafood dip was delicious , the seafood is local and fresh off the Docks! The Hush Puppies were delicious with the Butter. Lily was amazing waitress she acted like we were the only ones dinning! Lily made sure are drinks never ran out , always a beautiful smile and wonderful person. For the main meal we had Shrimp n Grits and the smothered Biscuit. The Best Shrimp n Grits in Town hands down ! The smothered Chicken Biscuit was just pure delicious, wearing the portions are huge well worth the price. We asked Lily to talk to the manager who was another amazing person , Summer thank you for taking the time to chat with us ! Summer was incredible person and once again another wonderful smile to great you with ! You can tell all the wait staff enjoyed what they were doing as you looked around. Also bring your Dog if you did not want to leave it at the House or your Hotel room ( if your out of town) . they even have a Dog menu for you to order off of.

There are 3 people in particular at this quaint bar on the creek that I thoroughly enjoy. Alex, a server and bartender with a contagious laugh and a jovial vibe. Look for the tallest guy in there! Next is Emma, the sweetest, cutest bartender you’ve ever met. She’s extremely attentive and won’t have you ask for anything while she’s there. Lastly, DeSean.. if you’re having a bad day. Go see him. He lights up the entire bar with his bright personality, and knows everything there is to know about this bar as a seasoned veteran of Shelter. He refuses to let you have a bad time.
