It has been a while since I've eaten at Friday's since the one near me closed. We stopped in for lunch on the way back to Charleston from MBSC. They weren't very busy, so we sat in the bar area. My Sis ordered the Cajun pasta and strawberry lemonade. I ordered Buffalo wings as an appetizer along with a mint julep that they were advertising. Both were good. The mint julep was surprisingly really good (Derby mode activated!🏇🏾👗👒) For my entrée, I got fried shrimp, fries, and double steamed broccoli. Everything was pretty good. The broccoli wasn't double steamed, but it also wasn't hard, so I didn't send it back. I had water and the passionfruit margarita (very good!) they advertised, to drink. Overall, everything hit the spot. 👌🏾

My friend and I are on a “mini cation” in the Mt. Pleasant area and since we had great service AND food the last time, wanted to eat here again. We weren’t disappointed! We were seated promptly and the hostess had a pleasant smile. Jay, our Server, was the best! He took our drink orders and came back shortly to take our food orders. I ordered the Warm Pretzels ($9.99) and the Potato Skins ($10.xx) as last time and both were tasty! My friend ordered the Whiskey basted Sampler ($17.99) and he enjoyed immensely. It wasn’t too busy on a Saturday night.

They looked like they were short staffed, but the service was great. The food was good. I had the ribs, my husband had the chicken, both were great. Our waiter was great.
