Alice’s is doing it all right. I’ve had the pork twice. Smoked perfectly and the bbq sauce at Alice’s is made exactly right for this style of pork. The side dishes I’ve tried are super (coleslaw, Mac and cheese and fried cauliflower.) Ambience is basic but it works. Value is good. Most important is it all tastes great. I’m a very long term fan of Armadillo Willies (30+years) but I’m also going to be an Alice’s fan too because it’s a whole different style of BBQ. There’s room in my world for two local excellent BBQ spots. Wishing Alice’s much success.
