We started ordering online from Omaha Steaks during the pandemic and then were happy to discover that the company had a retail store in Naples. We found it easier to order from the store and pick-up ourselves rather than worrying about FedX delivering frozen food on a timely basis. We have always been very satisfied with both the product and the kind people at the store. Today took the experience to a new level…. We were picking up our order and asked the manager, Josh, if the company had changed its pork loin product because our last box was different from what we have ordered previously. He checked on the computer and found that we had ordered pork chops instead of pork loin. Clearly this was our mistake. He nevertheless insisted on giving us a FREE box of pork loin because he felt that our question implied that we were dissatisfied with the prior order. We left feeling very grateful and valued as a customer.

This is mainly a review for the store service. The food is good but Josh was very professional and patient. Even though I initially misunderstood him, he was patient with explaining the store deals. Thank you again to Josh.

Awesome to know that there's an Omaha Steak Retail Store in Naples Florida. This is a full service facility...meaning that you can take home your items or select from the multiple freezers whatever they stock . They also have a buy one...get two free offer in store. In addition I had a birthday gift I needed to ship to my daughter. All shipping orders can be shipped from the store computers. Another cool thing is that when you purchase the items ...they give you points towards credit of future purchases. In my case they were running a 50% off sale and shipping was free. My store attendant patiently helped me scoop up all the best deals for the goodies I shipped to Chicago and then Jennifer the store manager encouraged me to turn in my points. With the free shipping and sale...I paid $18.61 ...I saved about $75.00. Check them out....😉.Awesome deals when they run their sales...Very helpful and polite staff.

This is the first time ever, I’ve ordered steaks from Omaha Steaks. that experience was incredible and the taste of the meat is truly amazing. You now have a customer for life!

Great selection, helpful staff. Unfortunately, only one person working and the customer ahead of me needed a lot of attention, longer wait than I would of liked. But, can't wait to take that first bite of the filet!
